Dr. Virgilio Gianni set up Prodotti Gianni in the immediate post-war period as an organization  buying and selling raw materials for the pharmaceutical industries
In the early 1960's, the Company diversified its operation into the food market, setting up the second division, and five years later the Research division was opened. The last division, that joined the others at  the beginning of 1980's, was for the feed market. During the same period, the cosmetic emerged as an operational area under the pharmaceutical division and now it is a separate division working in the cosmetic market.

All the most important companies, before opening the own office in Italy used Prodotti Gianni as exclusive distributor, some names are Sigma Aldrich, Amersham, Chemicon, Boeringher Inghelaim, Accuri... and many other.

The research market is strong in Immunology, but not only; we offer a strong and transparent partnership to develop the market for your products, discussing a marketing plan the supplier can check the "stone miles" during the launch of the line, and interact with us also visiting Customers.

Very Active in marketing communication, our model is quite simple... studing the products, studing the plus, contact the right customer using our CRM Maximizer, delivery the right information and visiting the right customers.

Structure is based on product manager who helps the Market Sales Manager in performing the right actions. Twenty agents in Italy cover the major and minor customers, region by region. All these people have a deep technical background.

To cover customer by customer we have representatives, agents. Twice a year they receive a "general" training in Milan and during the year the product manager and the market sales manager support them with mini-training courses and visits to customers.
Every month the rep receive a newsletter that contains the news and the policies of the division. Up to now we have 20 people covering the markets, paid by commission on orders.
